  • Flight Confirmation (if double entry then all flights) and;
  • Hotel Booking Confirmation (if staying with a friend, a signed letter from them which includes your name and passport number)

How do I pay?

Credit Card – Once we recieve your application we will submit it to the embassy asap and email you an electronic invoice that includes details on how to pay online through our online checkout system.

Cheque – You can include a cheque or postal order with the application making it payable to TRAVEL VISA 24.

Cash – You can pay by cash upon submission or collection of your passport.

Bank Transfer – You or your company can pay by bank transfer by requesting a special invoice once we’ve received the application.

When is the deadline for submissions?
If we recieve your application by 9.45 then it will be submitted the same day. This would then be the first processing day in the process. If you are sending your package with Royal Mail, you must opt for the 9am delivery option to have the application go in the same day.
How long is a Chinese visa valid for?
Single Entry Chinese visas are valid for entry within 3 months from the date the is visa issued; Double Entry allow you to enter twice within 6 months. Each time you can stay maximum 30-60days. Multiple entry visas are valid for either 6 months or 12 -24 months starting from the date it was issued.
How long can I stay in China with a Chinese visa?
The time you could actually stay in China, or “duration of stay after entry” which can be found at the visa is usually 30-60 days from the date you land in China.
Do I have to send you my original passport? Can I apply for it online?
You will need to send your valid original passport, The Chinese visa will be pasted on your passport. You are advised to send your application in a secure way, using a courier such as Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery.
What does Single Entry and Double Entry mean?
Single Entry means the traveller enters China once within 3 months from the date the visa issued; Double entry means the traveller enter China twice within 6 months from the date the visa issued.
Do I have to send you my original passport? Can I apply for it online?
You will need to send your valid original passport, The Chinese visa will be pasted on your passport. You are advised to send your application in a secure way, using a courier such as Lewis Day.
How should I send my passport?
For urgent service, you must get your passport to us before 9:00am. We reccomend a courrier such as Lewis Day. We cannot submit your application to the Embassy after 10:00am.
How do you send my passport back?
You will find your delivery options on the order form. You can either pick it up, have a courier or friend pick it up or have us send it back to you with Royal Mail Special Delivery (free of charge).
When can I expect to get my passport back?
The processing time plus the delivery time. If you use normal turn- around, you are about to receive your passport back in a week. If you travel in less than 10 days, please use Express Service.
Is the price all inclusive?
Yes, it is all inclusive and you don’t need to enclose a envelope for return your passport.
What if I can’t download or print out the Chinese Visa Application Form?
